The staff was really nice. I was a bit nervous at the beginning, but they helped me to feel really comfortable. Thanks again. Location was also really clean and lovely

I'm not aware of his name but I think it's important that staff (especially men) and informed the importance of not being blunt when giving information. And even if he was in a rush, his sharpness and lack of patience sent me in to a panic attack whilst in the toom. To which he was still trying to rush the conversation and the nurse had to stop him.
It was an awful experience so I feel the need to make it known to hopefully prevent this happening to anyone else.
Other than that I couldn't fault a thing.

I felt very safe the whole time and when had to undergo procedure everyone was really nice and kept me distracted from what was happening. All the nurses after procedure were really nice and caring after me

Everyone was fantastic.
Special mention to the anaesthetis, he was so lovely!!
And the hot chocolate was incredible to top it off :D
